o Work to achieve long term revenue & lead generation goals
o Optimize content for maximum search engine visibility
o Create/update on-page SEO elements: title tags, descriptions, headings, alt tags, canonicals, directives, etc
o Link building & outreach for multiple sites
o Analyze search analytics data to track progress & ensure successful organic search efforts
o Work with web designer to optimize current sites & create new ones 
o Assist content producers with SEO as needed
o Stay up to date with current SEO standards and search engine handling
o Ensure SEO work is free of errors and of high quality

o Extensive knowledge and experience with off-page SEO tactics, linkbuilding strategies, etc
o Extensive knowledge and experience with on-page SEO, optimal site structure, internal linking, redirection, etc
o Extensive knowledge and experience with local SEO, Google My Business, and citation building
o Ability and desire to work on multiple websites and multiple locations
o In-depth understanding in regards to properly rebuilding websites so as not to damage rankings
o Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools
o Familiarity with SEO software solutions (eg, Moz Pro, SEMrush, or similar)
o Comfortable with WordPress, HTML and CSS, JavaScript & PHP
o Advanced Excel tool knowledge (formulas, pivot tables)
o Ability and willingness to discuss strategy with non technical teams
